I needed a new garage door and rang the Garage Door Team after I visited the website. I chose them after reading the profile on Richard. When Richard came to see me he was very professional and gave me advice on what would be the best options for me. I am a lady on my own and I knew I wanted an electric door for ease and also because I do use my garage to put my car in at night - sometimes arriving home late, so from a security point of view, the fact that I don't have to get out of my car was very appealing for me. I chose a canopy style door with an electric motor and I am so pleased with my purchase. I couldn't be without my electric door now! I don't consider it to be a luxury but a necessity at my age. The cost was very reasonable and wasn't as expensive as I expected it would be. I cannot praise Richard enough - he is very good at his job and knows what he is talking about. I have recommended him to several of my friends.

When it was time for me to replace my garage door, I had several companies out to give me a quote. Richard stood out against the other companies. Firstly he suggested options which the other two companies hadn't and secondly he had a very professional approach. My wife and I agreed we were going to go with the Garage Door Team before we had even been given the prices. In the end, the prices for several different options were very reasonable and within our budget and we got the door we wanted for a very good price. Richard did a superb job and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

I was looking for a new garage door and came across the Garage Door Team when I was trawling through the internet. The professionalism and corporate look of the website suggested to me that they might be more expensive than other companies but that wasn't the case. They were in fact very competative with the other two companies who had already been out to see me. But it was Richard's backkground that drew me to the Garage Door Team when I read the profile on him. He had a background in the motor trade and as a car enthusiast, this appealed to me. I spend a lot of time in my garage renovating an old car and my own experience told me that Richard would, as it said in the profile have an eye for detail. I wasn't disappointed when I met Richard, I knew he was the man for the job. Richard installed two garage doors for me on my double garage, both with motors and it really is a superb job. I spent a bit of time watching him install the doors and he was very precise and no corners were cut. I also have to mention Jamie (Richard's employee) a very pleasant young man, friendly and hardworking. When the job was finished, they spent a lot of time clearing and sweeping up. There was no tidying up for me to do at all. Well done Richard and Jamie I will definately be recommending you.

What a refreshing change it was to meet someone who did what they promised to do, arrived when they said they would and did a first class job as well. Over the past year I have had a lots of jobs done on my home whilst renovating it. In all aspects of the process I have met obstacles - getting hold of joiners, decorators and builders was I must say quite a challenge, phonecalls made were never returned, niggling jobs went on for weeks and in this economic climate, I found it hard to believe. This however, wasn't the case with Garage Door Team. They responded to my initial call straight away passing my number on to Richard (who covered my area) who in turn rang me back the same day. He answered all my initial questions (it was a new build garage) and then came out and did a survey within a day. Once I had made a decision on what I wanted, my new door was ordered and arrived the following week. The door was installed soon after and it is the best job done on my house by far.
